Terms of service

The things people usually ask before driving over: how booking works, where the final price comes from, how long the work takes, what the warranty covers and what to do if the result falls short.

1Who provides the services

Detailing services are provided by Anatoly Alexandrovich Barbayanov, self-employed (professional income tax), TIN 773178422508 (the «Provider»). Studio address: 14/1 Kievskaya St., Moscow, Russia. Contact by phone +7 (977) 779-45-05 or on Telegram @sixsevendetailing_bot, daily from 09:00 to 23:00.

These Terms apply to every job the Provider carries out at a client's request and work together with the work order signed when the car is handed over.

2Site prices and what counts as the contract

Prices and lead times on the Site are for reference only and are not a public offer under art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The cost depends on the condition of the paint, the area and the geometry of the body, so it cannot be fixed before an inspection.

Obligations arise from the work order: it records the scope, the final price, the lead time and the condition of the car at handover. Until the work order is signed, neither side is bound.

3Booking and inspection

The bay runs by appointment, with a dedicated slot for each car. Book by phone or on Telegram; the specialist confirms the date and time. At the inspection the specialist examines the body, measures paint thickness where needed, proposes the scope and names the final price and lead time.

4Changes to the scope

If something invisible at the inspection shows up during the work — hidden corrosion, traces of earlier repairs, thin paint or damage under old film — the work stops. The Provider reports the finding, proposes a solution and a new price. No additional work is carried out or charged without the client's consent.

5Lead times

Paint correction and wrapping take from one day to a week depending on the scope; the exact term is named at the inspection and recorded in the work order. It may shift if the scope changes or the car arrives later than agreed — the Provider gives notice as soon as this is known.

6Handover and collection

The car is accepted and returned under the work order, which describes its condition. Inspecting the result on the spot, under the bay lighting, is a normal part of collection. Please take personal belongings, documents and valuables out of the car beforehand: the Provider is responsible for the vehicle, not for property left inside it.

7Payment

Payment is made in roubles after the work is completed, when the car is collected, unless an advance or staged payment has been agreed. The Provider is taxed under the professional income tax regime, so a receipt is issued for every payment through the «My Tax» application and passed to the client.

8Warranty

A written warranty covers the film installation and the material itself; its terms and duration are recorded in the work order at collection.

The warranty does not cover damage arising after collection through no fault of the Provider: chips and cuts from road incidents, the effects of pressure washing aimed directly at film edges, aggressive chemicals, road salt, bitumen and solvents, or mechanical damage from parking and work done at other workshops.

For the first 5–7 days after wrapping the car must stay away from water so the adhesive layer can cure fully. After that, a regular touchless wash and mild, non-abrasive chemistry are fine.

9What correction and film cannot do

Abrasive correction removes scratches that have not reached the primer or the metal; chips that go through the paint are not polished out and need local repainting or film on the affected area. On repainted, damaged or thinned paint the achievable result is discussed separately before the work starts. If the condition of the car makes the stated result impossible, the Provider may decline the job and explain why.

10Cancelling and rescheduling

The client may cancel at any time, covering the costs the Provider has actually incurred (art. 32 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act). If plans change, a heads-up is enough — the slot goes to another car. The Provider likewise gives notice of any rescheduling as soon as it is known.

11Complaints and disputes

If the result falls short, tell us — by phone +7 (977) 779-45-05, on Telegram or by email to info@sixsevendetailing.ru. Quality claims are handled under art. 29 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act: the Provider inspects the car and either fixes the defect or reduces the price accordingly. Disputes not settled by negotiation are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.

12Points and personal data

How points are credited and spent is set out in the rewards programme rules; the handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
